Responsibilities
- Manage ANZ and SEA import/export logistics activities, including shipping documentation and delivery
- Prepare and process documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) and Documents Against Payment (DAP).
- Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, clearing agents, customs, and government authorities.
- Arrange and manage standard, premium freight and out‑of‑gauge shipments.
- Review vessel and flight schedules, cargo loading plans, and routing before departure.
- Track shipments from origin to delivery, ensuring timely updates and accurate revenue recognition.
- Monitor customs clearance and port release of shipments.
- Perform warehouse system transactions (PO receipts, returns to supplier, sales order dispatches, drop shipments).
- Trace lost or delayed shipments and manage loss and damage claims.
- Lead, coach, and manage four (4) Logistics Coordinators, ensuring workload balance, performance monitoring, and adherence to logistics procedures.
KPI’s
- On-Time Shipment Rate (vs. requested/confirmed dates)
- Pick/Pack/Ship Accuracy (% error-free transactions and documents)
- POD Cycle Time (shipment delivery to POD receipt)
- Document Right-First-Time (CI/PL/BL draft approvals without rework)
- Inventory Reservation SLA (time to allocate after SO creation)
- RMA Processing Cycle Time (virtual transactions closure)
- Exception/Discrepancy Resolution Time (receiving, picking, documentation)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years experience in logistics, order fulfillment, shipping documentation, or ERP/WMS transactions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP) and WMS; advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms (e.g., CIF, DAP), FTA documentation, and export/import compliance.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding processes (FCL/LCL, air freight) and BL, CI, PL requirements.
- Strong communication skills; able to coordinate across the factory, warehouse, forwarders, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in Supervisory or team lead roles.
