Performs complete technological and manufacturing feasibility assessments of new products.
Creates and processes work plans and bills of materials for the introduction of new products and updates them in PPS as needed.
Prepares and cooperates in the implementation of development products, new technologies, prototype production, and the execution and evaluation of tests.
Manages and optimizes technological and production processes.
Implements changes based on customer, engineering, or production requirements with a focus on improving production efficiency.
Trains new team members.
Fulfills KVP, 5S, Lean, VAVE, and company strategic objectives.
Creates time studies and determines production times according to REFA standards and revises established times when necessary.
Determines costs for preliminary product pricing.
Acts as the contact person for assembly during problem-solving activities.
Complies with directives, regulations, and processes.
Performs other activities according to supervisors’ instructions.
Works in compliance with applicable HSE, ISO regulations, and continuous improvement principles.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards with a focus on key areas such as customer orientation, company culture, and continuous improvement systems.
Works in compliance with international trade compliance (ITC) regulations.
Maintains cleanliness and order at the assigned workplace and its immediate surroundings (5S).
Completes work tasks within the required time and quality standards.
