Brief Job Description: 

The Learning Operations Senior Coordinator is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day Vertiv Global Learning Operations activities, ensuring smooth execution of training programs, LMS administration tasks, and stakeholder support. The role requires strong customer service, basic LMS and technical capabilities, quality assurance support, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams and subject matter experts. The coordinator also contributes to documentation, project coordination, and continuous improvement efforts as part of the Learning Operations function. This role will also conduct training as part of its core responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support training by conducting LMS‑related sessions, delivering the Learning Operations onboarding presentation, assisting instructors during Manila‑based sessions, and preparing training materials and resources.
  • Develop and maintain documentation by updating job aids, drafting communications and newsletters, and supporting team‑led projects and initiatives.
  • Manage LMS administration including course setup, user updates, Super Admin tasks, basic API/Postman activities, external training coordination, and QA checks for data accuracy.
  • Provide customer and stakeholder support by delivering Tier 2 assistance, managing escalations, and responding promptly to learners, instructors, and global partners.
  • Conduct quality assurance on training processes and LMS tasks while resolving complex issues and recommending workflow improvements.
  • Support Junior LMS Administrators by reviewing their work, addressing escalations, leading onboarding and training of new team members, and ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while providing knowledge‑sharing and guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Vertiv Global Learning Operations Team.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in training operations, customer service, or LMS administration.
  • Can perform system configuration tasks and have basic understanding of eLearning content format with basic project management experience.
  • Training delivery experience preferred.
  • College Diploma or equivalent experience. With technical certification in related field or equitant experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work with SMEs and Stakeholders; strong business acumen.
  • Technical writing skills for job aids and documentation.
  • Basic stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions or facilitate basic workshops.
