POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager supports innovation and transformation initiatives by leveraging Continuous Improvement capabilities, resources, and infrastructure of North America Services to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance across business and functional groups.
The Project Manager leads and contributes to end‑to‑end project management activities, conducts data-driven analysis, develops executive-ready communication materials, evaluates tools and systems, and partners with business stakeholders to deliver improvements and strategic outcomes. The role also supports the North America Process Owners in assessing the feasibility of transformation opportunities, building solution roadmaps, developing transition plans, and driving continuous improvement.

1. End‑to‑End Project Management covering process optimization, automation, transformation, stakeholder management, governance, and risk.
- Leads end‑to‑end project management activities—from discovery and requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and closure.
- Drives process optimization and automation initiatives using methodologies such as value stream analysis, design thinking, continuous improvement, and digital enablement.
- Provides process consulting to support standardization, calibration, compliance, and audit readiness across teams and workstreams.

- Leads cross-functional transformation projects within Services, including enterprise systems, digital platforms, and integrated process‑improvement initiatives.
- Manages stakeholder relationships across functions in Services to ensure alignment on requirements, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identifies risks, develops mitigation plans, and implements management systems to support process changes and maintain operational stability.

2. Drive Innovation Culture & Change Management
- Promotes and drives adoption of Vertiv Operating System (VOS) principles and behaviors to strengthen operational excellence, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
- Conducts VOS‑related training, coaching, and capability‑building sessions to support VOS maturity across teams.
- Leads change‑management activities for system rollouts, process transitions, and new operating models.
- Monitors adoption progress, addresses resistance, and ensures sustainability of new practices, tools, and standards.

3. Facilitate CI Workshops & Build Transformation Pipeline
- Facilitates Continuous Improvement (CI) workshops such as Value Stream Mapping, Design Thinking, and other structured problem‑solving sessions.
- Leads innovation and improvement activities to build a strong project pipeline aligned with organizational strategy, priorities, and productivity targets.
- Drives progress against transformation roadmaps by enabling teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and execute improvements rapidly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering. MBA degree preferred
