We are scientists, engineers, and builders who’ve created some of the most widely used AI products, including ChatGPT and Character.ai, open-weights models like Mistral, as well as popular open source projects like PyTorch, OpenAI Gym, Fairseq, and Segment Anything.

It’s a fit for someone coming from either office management or leadership support looking to broaden their scope and autonomy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for 3-4 business leaders
- Serve as the primary point of contact between your supported leaders and the rest of the company
- Support recruiting efforts and other cross-functional projects as needed
- Track projects and commitments so nothing falls through the cracks
