The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can drive execution through ambiguity with confidence and clarity.

As a TPM at Runpod, you’ll play a central role in leading complex, cross-functional programs across product and platform teams, working closely with engineering leads and cross-company stakeholders to ensure we deliver with speed, precision, and impact. • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle - from defining scope, allocating resources, and setting timelines to execution and delivery - while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and maintain transparent communication to ensure alignment, timely progress, and successful outcomes.

  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide stakeholders with regular status updates.
  • Determine and oversee frequent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of products in all stages of completion.
  • Manage ticket workflow by gathering information, seeking clarity on requests, ensuring prioritization, and tracking ticket progress to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate project implementation technologies, platforms, and vendor products.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with Data, Product, and Engineering Leads to define and track success metrics that tie every launch to real-world results.
  • Partner with the SRE team to promote visibility into infrastructure health, and work with stakeholders to balance investment in reliability and new features.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of working with at least 3 cross-functional teams to deliver multiple high-impact features from planning through launch.
  • Strong technical skills and background in engineering and building scalable SaaS/IaaS products or services.
  • Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a focus on leveraging data to improve efficiency and delivery processes.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how engineering teams design, build, test, and ship products.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they become blockers.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build, track, and execute programs from start to finish in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple dependencies, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who values ownership, clarity, accountability, and follow-through over rigid process.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sense of personal ownership and the ability to align stakeholders across teams.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and resolving challenges collaboratively with creative solutioning.
  • Steady under pressure and comfortable navigating ambiguity with calm and confidence.
  • Successful completion of a background check

  • Previous experience in AI/ML developer platforms or infrastructure-focused organizations.
