Role Overview:
As a Member of Product Staff, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our multimodal AI products, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with Reka’s mission and market opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions.
Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact.
Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
Champion user-centric design and collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive and accessible products.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales.
Identify and mitigate product risks throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience, especially in AI/machine learning/multimodal technologies and in a B2B setting (preferred)
Proven track record of launching and growing multimodal AI products.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
