The Role
We're looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for exceptional Researchers. You'll partner directly with our leaders, build world-class teams around the models we're training, and play a critical role in scaling our technical organization.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for research roles across our technical organization
Source elite talent through professional networks, conferences, sourcing platforms, code repositories, engineering communities, open source contributions, and technical networks
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, nurturing long-term relationships with passive technical talent
Navigate competitive offer negotiations to close top talent in a highly competitive market
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with deep specialization in AI/ML research recruiting; ideally in startup or high-growth environments where you've worn multiple hats
Experience recruiting at, or for frontier AI labs hands-on sourcing expertise - you know where to find top researchers: which papers matter, which conferences to attend, and you're already connected to the research community
Proven ability to identify and close research talent before they hit the broader market
Deep understanding of AI research landscape, academic career paths, and what motivates research talent
Comfortable evaluating research profiles, publications, and academic credentials
Experience engaging with academic institutions, research labs, and scientific communities
