Qdrant is a high-performance, open-source AI retrieval and search engine designed for production-grade semantic, multimodal, and agentic workloads. We are on a mission to become the default retrieval and search engine for AI. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Tasks

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the market understands and adopts high-performance AI search and retrieval.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You will help define Qdrant’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across both product-led and sales-led motions, working at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and growth. Rather than executing from a fixed playbook, you will help build it by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with developers, technical buyers, and enterprise decision-makers.

You will be responsible for evolving Qdrant’s value proposition as the product and market mature, ensuring our messaging keeps pace with rapid innovation in AI, search, and agentic systems. From launches and sales enablement to customer stories and thought leadership, your work will directly influence adoption, revenue, and Qdrant’s position in a highly competitive space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating with autonomy, thrives in fast-moving environments, can adapt to different types of tasks, and wants to leave a visible mark on how an open-source, developer-first product wins in the enterprise.

What you will do:

  • Own and execute key product marketing initiatives and workstreams aligned with Qdrant’s overall product marketing strategy.
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for specific products, features, and use cases, ensuring consistency with broader positioning.
  • Support product launches by creating launch messaging, narratives, and assets in close collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Create high-quality sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and internal documentation that help the GTM team communicate Qdrant’s value effectively.
  • Translate complex technical concepts in AI retrieval, vector search, and databases into accessible stories for developers, technical buyers, and enterprise audiences.
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap priorities, and technical differentiation.
  • Contribute to customer and market research efforts by conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and synthesizing insights to inform messaging and launches.
  • Produce customer case studies and success stories that demonstrate real-world impact and product value.
  • Write blog posts, launch content, and feature-focused materials that increase awareness and adoption of Qdrant’s products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how products and features are presented across the website and other owned channels, and work with relevant teams to implement updates.
  • Support internal enablement efforts by helping prepare training materials and documentation for sales, solutions, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

Even if you don’t meet all of these criteria, we encourage you to apply.

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience targeted at a technical audience.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical background or experience in positioning databases, search engines, and/or vector search technology.
  • Strong content writing and content marketing experience.
  • Experience as a data scientist or software engineer is a plus.
  • Experience with sales enablement is a plus.
  • Independent and motivated by new challenges.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package (401k match, health/dental/vision insurance)
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge open-source technology.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
  • A chance to be part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the vector search revolution.

Qdrant is an open-source vector database and similarity search engine written in Rust, powering AI applications with high-performance vector similarity search technology.
