Background in top-tier consulting such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, with experience driving strategic and operational initiatives.
Strong understanding of business performance management, commercial metrics, and executive reporting.
Experience working closely with RevOps, sales, business operations, or go-to-market leadership.

High level of comfort with AI tools and workflows; ability to quickly understand new technologies and apply them to business problems.
Clear understanding of SQL / Python to QA outputs of AI generated code.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical and structured thinking, paired with a practical, hands-on approach to execution.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive leaders such as a CRO or senior staff.
