What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the PHY layer verification team members & activities.
- Responsible for ramping full regression and continues integration capabilities for all products Pre and Post Silicon.
- Form the team development methodology
- Take active part in bring-up of new products.
- Debug and screen HW/FW/SW issues.
- Maintenance of overall FW & tools verification plan. Develop new methodologies to improve the Dev process.
- work closely with product/marketing team to define release scope and timline
- Supporting Application Engineering to resolve customer issues.
What we need to see:
- BS or MS degree in EE/CE.
- 4+ yrs of managerial experience.
- 10+ overall years of experience in silicon, system and FW integration
- excellent leadership capabilities and ability to build teams from scratch
- Strong problem solving, debugging, analysis and logical reasoning skills.
- Proven debugging experience and ability to investigate and triage difficult problems in embedded FW.
- Good understanding of Hardware/Software Development Process.
