What You'll Be Doing:
Build complex agentic systems featuring multi-agent coordination, long-horizon reasoning, and sophisticated planning frameworks.
Develop full-scale solutions, including domain-specific enterprise agents spanning various use cases.
Develop innovative AI capabilities to improve LLM agents in terms of efficiency, stability and more.
Create modern techniques to improve agents’ performance including multi agent search, post training and sophisticated evaluation pipeline.
What We Need To See:
BSc/MSc/PhD in CS/CE or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years in applied ML/AI or large-scale systems
Proficient in Python; skilled in agentic frameworks, tool use, RAG pipelines, and model adaptation.
Proficiency in LLM architecture building blocks.
Excellence in communication and facilitation: aligning diverse collaborators, documenting decisions/assumptions, and influencing without authority.
Proactive, independent, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling uncertainty to provide practical, gradual benefits.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
Strong software development experience
Experience with deploying agentic system at scale
Proven research capabilities including publications, patents, blogs etc.
Background in improving LLM efficiency and/or cost during inference.
