Our work at NVIDIA is dedicated towards a computing model passionate about visual and AI computing. For two decades, NVIDIA has pioneered visual computing, the art and science of computer graphics, with our invention of the GPU. The GPU has also proven to be unbelievably effective at solving some of the most sophisticated problems in computer science. Today, NVIDIA’s GPU simulates human intelligence, running deep learning algorithms and acting as the brain of computers, robots and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Artificial intelligence is no longer science fiction. And in the next few years, it will transform every industry!

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in IT infrastructure to lead and oversee the build and integration of data centers, labs, and office environments. This role requires strong technical proficiency across the full infrastructure stack including network, compute, and storage and the ability to lead complex, cross-domain integration programs. The Principal TPM will have ownership to drive end-to-end execution of build initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with architectural and technical standards. This is a critical leadership role that serves as the bridge between infrastructure engineering teams and engineering stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of technology within new and expanding environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data center, lab, and office build programs, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery. Coordinate teams (IT engineering, facilities, construction, SiteOps, vendors) to ensure aligned execution and timely delivery.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and schedule risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to architectural standards. Ensure proper documentation, operational handoff, and lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement.

Program Leadership

  • Provide deep technical oversight across networking, compute, storage, cabling, and power/cooling to ensure sound infrastructure integration.

  • Evaluate and guide technology decisions in alignment with long-term infrastructure strategy and industry standards.

  • Serve as the main interface between internal engineering teams and external vendors to align on scope, timelines, and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Partner with engineering, facilities, and leadership stakeholders to align project objectives, priorities, and dependencies.

  • Provide clear, structured updates on progress, risks, and decision points to technical and business audiences.

  • Develop strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless infrastructure deployment within broader build programs.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).

  • 15+ Years of proven experience in technical program management, specifically in IT infrastructure with large scale data center and office build projects.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems, and best practices.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, think strategically, and make sound decisions.

  • Diligent and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations related to data centers and office spaces.
