We are looking for a strong Senior Manager to lead and further grow a team of outstanding developer technology engineers for edge and local PC AI!

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and lead a highly skilled and motivated developer technology team focused on giving technical guidance to external developers deploying multi-modal large language models, generative AI and other AI architectures on the edge or local PC.

  • Work closely with internal engineering, product management and adjacent cross-functional teams on crafting and driving our Enterprise AI strategy.

  • Establish sophisticated processes supporting a balanced resource planning to meet schedules and goals.

  • Work from first principles, build trust, and support your team members grow their professional careers within the scope of our core values.

What we need to see:

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 8+ overall years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Distinct strategic and tactical way of thinking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Outstanding problem solving abilities and distinct skills to quickly acquire expertise in areas new to you.

  • Open minded with a good sense of intellectual honesty.

  • Strong software engineering background, preferable in the area of visual computing.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Validated background and understanding of workflows within the M&E or AEC industries.

  • Experience engaging with enterprise partners or open-source project maintainers.
