Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. About the Role

Nebius is hiring a Sr. Director, GTM Mergers & Acquisitions to lead go-to-market integration for newly acquired companies. This is a high-visibility role responsible for translating acquisition strategy into commercial execution — accelerating revenue synergies, protecting and enhancing customer experience, and enabling sales with expanded product capabilities.

You will sit at the center of cross-functional integration, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, GTM Operations, Customer Experience, and GTM Systems & Tooling to seamlessly integrate acquired businesses into Nebius’ commercial engine.

Success in this role means faster time-to-revenue, minimal customer disruption, aligned systems and processes, and repeatable integration playbooks that scale with our M&A strategy.

You are welcome to work remote in Europe.

What You’ll Do

GTM Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end GTM integration roadmap for newly acquired companies
  • Translate acquisition theses into actionable commercial integration plans
  • Identify and accelerate revenue synergies, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Establish clear integration milestones, KPIs, and accountability structures

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales & Partner Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Legal, Finance, and GTM Systems & Tooling teams to ensure coordinated integration
  • Serve as the central integration lead for all GTM-related workstreams
  • Align compensation plans, territories, pricing models, packaging, and sales processes
  • Facilitate executive-level alignment on strategic trade-offs and prioritization

CRM, Systems & Tooling Integration

  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Tooling team to integrate acquired CRM instances, data models, and workflows into Nebius’ architecture
  • Ensure seamless integration of quoting, contracting, billing, forecasting, and reporting systems
  • Harmonize pipeline stages, opportunity structures, account hierarchies, and performance tracking
  • Drive data governance alignment to maintain reporting accuracy and operational scalability

Sales Enablement & Revenue Acceleration

  • Equip sales teams with clear positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for newly integrated offerings
  • Ensure CRM, quoting, and contracting systems are fully aligned to support the expanded portfolio
  • Partner with Sales Operations to integrate pipelines, forecasting processes, and reporting structures
  • Monitor revenue performance post-integration and drive corrective action as needed

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Ensure continuity and clarity for customers throughout the integration process
  • Align customer experience models and service levels to maintain and improve retention and satisfaction
  • Mitigate churn risk and protect key accounts during transition
  • Develop proactive communication plans for customers and partners

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Build scalable integration playbooks and repeatable frameworks for future acquisitions
  • Conduct post-integration retrospectives to capture learnings
  • Track synergy realization against acquisition business cases
  • Identify structural improvements to Nebius’ GTM model informed by acquired capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in GTM leadership, GTM Strategy & Operations, or M&A integration
  • Proven experience leading commercial integrations post-acquisition
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales models, territories, and pipeline management
  • Strong CRM and GTM systems integration experience
  • Financial acumen and ability to translate deal models into revenue execution
  • Ability to operate independently across varying altitudes — from defining strategic vision to driving hands-on execution across specific workstreams
  • Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence
  • Excellent Communication Skills

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
