The role
We are looking for a Head of Delivery & Talent Intelligence to lead our executive search and senior hiring delivery function. This role owns the quality, pace, and outcomes of leadership hiring across Nebius, while embedding talent intelligence and market insight into how hiring decisions are made.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role working closely with executive stakeholders. The remit is to build a repeatable, high-conviction approach to securing top-of-market leadership talent in a highly competitive AI and infrastructure environment, and to ensure hiring decisions are informed by clear market signal rather than intuition alone.
Your responsibilities will include
- Lead and scale a team of executive search recruiters delivering complex senior and leadership hires across the business
- Own end-to-end delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes for executive, leadership, and other business-critical roles
- Define, operate, and continuously improve executive search methodology, assessment standards, and candidate experience
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, advising on search strategy, talent availability, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Build and embed a talent intelligence capability, providing insight into talent markets, compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, and location strategy
- Translate business priorities into forward-looking hiring plans and search strategies aligned to growth milestones Use data and market intelligence to inform, challenge and support hiring decisions at executive level
- Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing executive search team with deep market expertise
- Establish scalable processes, metrics and reporting to support predictable delivery and transparency as Nebius scales
We expect you to have
- Extensive experience leading executive search or senior hiring delivery within a fast-growing technology company
- Proven track record delivering leadership hires in complex, competitive, and high-growth environments
- Experience hiring for highly technical and senior roles across engineering, infrastructure, AI, product, or adjacent domains
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at executive level
- Demonstrated experience using talent intelligence, market mapping, or data to shape hiring strategy and outcomes
- A hands-on leadership style, comfortable balancing strategy with direct delivery and execution
- Ability to operate effectively in a scaling, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, cloud, infrastructure, or other deep-tech companies
- Global hiring experience across multiple regions
- Background in building or scaling in-house executive search or leadership hiring functions
