IT Finance Systems is the function accountable for the end-to-end ownership of the finance applications landscape from administration, configuration, access control, upgrades, integrations, and day-to-day operational support.
We partner closely with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure our platforms (e.g., ERP, consolidation, procurement, expense, billing and reporting) are stable, compliant, and continuously improved, enabling accurate close and reliable management reporting.
We are looking for a Finance Systems Support Lead to be responsible for operational support of the company’s Finance Systems environment, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation of key financial platforms and an efficient support framework for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Systems Operations & Support
• Own and manage the Finance Systems support function, ensuring effective
• handling of support requests and operational issues across the finance systems
• landscape.
• Provide functional support across core finance platforms including NetSuite,
• Expensify, Zip HQ, and Navan.
• Troubleshoot user issues, support configuration queries, and manage user
• access and onboarding.
• Coordinate escalation of complex issues with technical teams and external
• vendors.
Integration Monitoring & Systems Reliability
• Support monitoring and troubleshooting of integrations between finance
• platforms, particularly Zip HQ and NetSuite.
• Investigate integration failures and collaborate with internal teams to resolve
• issues and improve system reliability.
• Contribute to documentation and optimization of integration workflows.
Service Management & JIRA Administration
• Own and maintain the JIRA-based Finance Systems support framework.
• Improve ticket workflows, reporting, and support visibility to enhance
• operational efficiency.
• Consolidate and standardize support processes into a scalable service
• management structure.
Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify opportunities to improve Finance Systems processes and optimise the
• user support experience.
• Develop internal documentation and knowledge resources to support self-
• service capabilities.
• Support automation and operational improvements across the Finance Systems
• environment.
AI & Self-Service Enablement
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled support tools and knowledge
• resources for Finance Systems.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven
• support workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Finance Systems team and Project Manager to support
• system enhancements, rollouts, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate support activities across teams to ensure stable system operations.
Qualifications
Experience
• 3–6+ years’ experience in IT systems support, business systems operations, or
• SaaS platform administration.
• Experience supporting Finance or ERP platforms, ideally NetSuite or similar
• cloud finance systems.
• Experience managing JIRA-based service management environments and
• structured support workflows.
• Experience working with multiple SaaS business applications, including finance,
• procurement, travel, or expense management platforms.
• Exposure to system integrations and API-based workflows across SaaS
• platforms.
Technical Skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills across business and finance systems
• environments.
• Experience configuring and maintaining JIRA workflows, dashboards, and
• service management processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Experience managing identity and access across business systems, including
• SSO and user provisioning.
• Comfortable working across multiple cloud platforms and distributed SaaS
• ecosystems.
Nice to Have
• Experience with NetSuite, Expensify, Zip HQ, or Navan.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations and finance system workflows.
• Exposure to AI-powered support tools, knowledge bases, or self-service
• platforms.
• Experience with automation tools or low-code workflow platforms.
