Your responsibilities will include: 

Speak Up / Whistleblowing (Global Ownership) 

Own and manage the company’s global Speak Up / Whistleblowing framework, including policies, reporting channels, procedures, and governance

  • Act as a primary point of contact for reports and concerns raised by employees and third parties
  • Ensure reports are triaged and handled consistently, confidentially, and in compliance with applicable laws, including the EU Whistleblower Directive and other local requirements
  • Oversee case management, documentation, and reporting, including preparation of metrics and trend analysis for senior management and relevant committees
  • Drive continuous improvement of Speak Up processes, communications, and training to strengthen employee trust and engagement

Internal Investigations

  • Lead and manage internal investigations globally involving allegations of misconduct, including ethics, compliance, fraud, harassment, conflicts of interest, and regulatory matters
  • Develop investigation strategies, conduct interviews, review documents, and assess findings
  • Coordinate closely with HR, Internal Audit, Legal, Security, and other stakeholders
  • Manage external counsel, forensic experts, or other advisors when required
  • Prepare clear investigation reports, findings, and recommendations
  • Support remediation, disciplinary processes, and control enhancements following investigations

Ethics & Compliance Program

  • Provide practical, day-to-day ethics & compliance advice to business and functional teams across regions
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global compliance framework, including policies, standards, and controls
  • Contribute to ethics & compliance risk assessments, monitoring, and testing activities
  • Assist with regulatory inquiries, audits, and compliance-related due diligence
  • Support ethics & compliance training and awareness initiatives globally, including code of conduct and ethics training

Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leaders across jurisdictions
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure global consistency while respecting local legal requirements
  • Communicate complex compliance issues clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences

We expect you to have: 

  • Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance, investigations, or regulatory matters (in-house and/or law firm)
  • Demonstrated experience managing Speak-Up/Whistleblowing programs and conducting internal investigations
  • Broad understanding of global compliance frameworks and ethics programs
  • Experience supporting international or cross-border operations
  • Technology, infrastructure, or highly regulated industry experience preferred
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance independence with collaboration
