The role
We’re looking for a Director GTM, Ops to lead a team that builds scalable systems and operational strategy so the company can predictably acquire, close, and expand customers. This position will report directly to the VP of WW Sales.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management
- Revenue Operations & Sales Efficiency
- GTM Systems & Data
- Cross-Functional Alignment (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product)
- Lead a team of Data Analysts and Ops focused on GTM
We expect you to have:
- 5–10 years experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy
- Leadership experience managing ops teams
- Strong data-driven decision making
- Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics and sales processes
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with CRO/CMO/CEO
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Hubspot and Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Omni (BI), and MongoDB
- Experience in SaaS & AI

Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 245,500k - 300k base + quarterly bonuses and equity based on your experience.
