Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

We’re hiring a Multilingual SEO Specialist who’s ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You’ll be focusing on local SEO strategy and organic tactics, driving rapid growth across key international markets (France, Spain, Germany, etc.)

Working closely with the GTM team and local growth managers, you’ll be part of our pioneering organic growth team and will have a great opportunity to build something 0 to 1.

It’s a chance to lay down the multilingual SEO foundations that will fuel our hypergrowth, while building a localised organic growth engine that will scale 10x over the next few years.

What you’ll do

  • SEO Strategy and Research: Size organic search opportunities per country and language. Research priority keywords per locale aligned to intent and funnel.

  • Localisation Framework: Create briefs and style guides, then coordinate with local growth managers to ensure cultural fit and regulatory accuracy, among others

  • International Tech SEO: Audit and recommend improvements re: hreflang, language and region selectors, canonical rules, URL patterns, crawl budgets, and sitemaps.

  • On-page Multilingual Optimisation: Generate a pipeline for adapting titles, schema, and internal linking per market. Run locale-specific tests eg content types, CTAs, etc.

  • Measurement and AI enablement: Build GA4 dashboards per market. Track clicks, CTR, engagement, and conversions.

What we will look for:

  • 5+ years in international or multilingual SEO with shipped results across at least 3 non-English markets

  • Expertise in keyword research, SERP analysis, and content prioritization per locale

  • Strong localisation experience and coordination with local growth managers

  • Working proficiency with localisation and CMS platforms like Crowdin and Sanity

  • Familiarity with international technical SEO, including hreflang, canonical strategy, and language routing, among others.

  • Clear written communication and dependable delivery across time zones

  • Up-to-date with international SEO and localization trends, cross-locale SERP norms, and emerging AI-driven patterns across languages and markets.

  • Bonus: Healthcare-related experience or medical background

If we’d worked together the last 6 weeks, you’d have:

  • Sized multilingual SEO opportunity and shipped locale topic maps with 50+ prioritised keywords per market, clustered by intent and funnel.

  • Audited navigation and language routing, standardised locale selectors and URL patterns, and reduced misrouted sessions and bounce on language switch.

  • Established a localisation framework: Glossary and style guides per market, reviewer checklists, and forbidden-claims lists. Coordinated local growth manager loops.

The way we work

Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership.

2. Own Your Practice

Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering.
