Senior Partnerships Manager, EMEA

Dublin, Dublin, IrelandFull-time2h ago

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About This Role:

As the Senior Partnerships Manager for EMEA, you will be the primary engine driving Crusoe’s regional go-to-market acceleration. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a "builder-executor" who thrives on turning high-level strategy into tangible business outcomes. You will act as the critical link between our global partnership frameworks and local execution, ensuring Crusoe Cloud becomes the premier AI infrastructure choice across Europe and the Middle East. By activating a high-velocity ecosystem of startups, channel partners, and SIs, you will directly contribute to our mission of powering the future of computing sustainably.

In this role, you will co-design global playbooks with our US-based leadership while taking full ownership of their tactical success within regional hubs like London, Paris, Berlin, and Tel-Aviv. We are seeking a metric-driven strategist who can distinguish high-signal opportunities from noise and move fast to capture them. This is a full-time position that offers the unique opportunity to scale a world-class AI infrastructure brand across one of the world's most dynamic markets.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Regional GTM Execution: Adapt and execute global "sell-with" and "sell-through" playbooks to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings specifically tailored for the EMEA market.

  • Startup Ecosystem Acceleration: Build and lead a high-velocity acquisition engine to help AI-native companies in key regional hubs access Crusoe’s high-performance infrastructure.

  • Channel & SI Orchestration: Engage and operationalize regional channel partners and System Integrators (SIs) to launch industry-specific solutions built on Crusoe Cloud.

  • Strategic Sales Alignment: Collaborate daily with the Sales team to map partner portfolios into active target accounts and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Global-Local Collaboration: Act as a direct regional extension of the global Partnerships organization, providing local feedback to refine global frameworks and playbooks.

  • Capacity Expansion: Identify and certify regional partners to expand market reach and remove friction from the sales and delivery process.

  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem growth and revenue impact to ensure all regional activities align with Crusoe’s global scaling goals.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Extensive Partnerships Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in partnership, ecosystem, or GTM execution roles, specifically within the cloud infrastructure or AI/ML space.

  • EMEA Market Expertise: Proven track record of navigating business cultures and partner ecosystems across Europe and the Middle East to deliver revenue.

  • Revenue-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in building startup or channel programs that resulted in measurable pipeline growth and bookings, not just activity.

  • GTM Proficiency: Deep fluency in "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions with the ability to turn complex strategies into repeatable, scalable plays.

  • Collaborative Communication: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams across different time zones.

  • Foundational Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

  • Builder Mentality: The ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous, "build-from-scratch" environments without waiting for centralized instructions.

Bonus Points:

  • Technical AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, and inference processes.

  • GPU Ecosystem Insights: Direct experience working with the ecosystem of companies building on high-performance GPU infrastructure.

  • Advanced Regional Networks: Established relationships within the venture capital or startup accelerator communities in London, Paris, or Tel-Aviv.

  • Strategic Prioritization: Strong instincts for identifying high-signal opportunities in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in one or more European languages is a plus for navigating diverse regional markets.

Benefits:

Crusoe also offers a competitive benefits package designed to support financial security, health, and overall well-being, including pension contributions, private health and dental insurance, income protection, life assurance and more.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid as salary or hourly. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
