Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About This Role:

As the owner of the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS) for our multi-billion-dollar hyper-scale data center portfolio, the Senior Integrated Master Scheduler drives predictable, on-time EPC project delivery. You will ensure the MIS is the single source of truth—a robust, logic-driven tool used to forecast, manage risks, and guarantee a predictive schedule.

This role is critical to Crusoe’s ability to rapidly scale, execute complex, mission-critical projects, and establish global best practices in project scheduling. You will act as a strategic lead, ensuring our infrastructure is delivered with mathematical precision and operational readiness.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Schedule Development & Governance: Develop and govern conceptual and detailed EPC schedules covering stage gates, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Lead the baseline schedule approval process with all stakeholders.

  • Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Expertly create and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules. Identify and manage near-critical and commissioning-critical paths, developing proactive mitigation and recovery plans.

  • Contractor Integration: Masterfully review and integrate complex contractor schedules into the definitive MIS, performing Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to support contract claims and negotiations.

  • Progress & Predictive Analytics: Establish a quantity-based progress measurement system. Perform schedule health checks using tools like Acumen Fuse and lead Monte Carlo simulations to determine confidence levels for key milestones.

  • Commissioning & COD Integration: Ensure seamless integration of testing, turnover, and final acceptance into the MIS. Verify that the Commercial Operation Date (COD) is always logic-driven and risk-adjusted.

  • Executive Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly updates, integrated look-ahead plans, and concise narrative reports for senior leadership.

  • Leadership & Standards: Establish and champion all Primavera P6 standards and templates. Mentor project controls teams and project managers on scheduling principles and analytical techniques.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent advanced experience).

  • Experience: 7–10 years of progressive, high-impact EPC or mission-critical scheduling experience, preferably with projects exceeding $500M.

  • P6 Mastery: Expert-level proficiency (P6 Master) in Primavera P6, including advanced administration, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Technical Depth: Deep understanding of CPM scheduling, logic constraints, and best practices for large-scale EPC execution.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex schedule issues into clear, actionable executive summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs (Denver/Dallas regions).

Bonus Points:

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP).

  • Industry Context: Direct experience with hyperscale data center delivery or 24/7 mission-critical operations.

  • Advanced Tooling: Expertise with Acumen Fuse and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Integration Expertise: Significant experience with commissioning, testing, and turnover scheduling integration.

Benefits:

  • Industry competitive pay
