About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst II to join our growing Recruiting Ops team. This role supports the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruiting operations function, with a focus on recruiting tools, systems support, and operational consistency. You’ll help ensure our systems are optimized to support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
This is a fully onsite position, requiring five days a week at our San Francisco, CA office.
What You'll Be Working On:
Support system administration, troubleshooting, and process improvements across recruiting platforms
Partner with Recruiting, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure tools are used effectively and consistently
Provide day-to-day support for Ashby (ATS) and TeamOhana (Headcount Management Tool), including basic configuration updates, workflow support, permissioning, and user assistance
Assist with system audits and data hygiene efforts to maintain accuracy and reporting reliability
Help analyze recruiting workflows and data to identify opportunities for process improvement
Support the rollout of new features, system enhancements, and updates across recruiting platforms
Maintain accurate recruiting data and support compliance efforts (e.g., EEO, GDPR) in partnership with senior team members
Document processes and contribute to operational best practices
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience supporting recruiting systems, HR systems, or operational tools
Experience with an ATS (Ashby experience a plus)
Solid understanding of recruiting processes and lifecycle stages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $87,000 - $103,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
