The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, People teams, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience while supporting CoreWeave’s continued growth across EMEA. As we scale our infrastructure footprint, our operational coordination directly impacts our ability to hire top-tier talent efficiently.

About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle.

This role will primarily support hiring across our Data Centre Operations (DC Ops) organisation, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure an efficient and scalable process. While focusing on DC Ops, you will also remain adaptable to support additional EMEA business areas as hiring demands evolve. This highly visible position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating complex interview logistics, maintaining accurate data within Greenhouse, and leveraging technology to support efficient recruiting operations while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, Recruitment Operations, or a similar support role.
  • Proven experience coordinating high-volume interview activity across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
  • As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are often the first point of contact for our talent pipeline; timely, warm, and highly professional communication is expected at all times across both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of interview activity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting recruiting teams within a high-growth or rapidly changing business.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving processes while helping to bring structure, consistency, and organisation to a growing function.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and rigorous follow-through.
  • Able to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Confident building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
  • Comfortable following established processes while exercising sound judgement when unexpected situations arise.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and productivity tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS to manage requisitions, postings, and interview plans.
  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, operations, infrastructure, or data centre hiring teams.
  • Experience working within a global or distributed recruiting environment.
  • Experience supporting recruiting operations projects, interviewer enablement, or process optimisation initiatives.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diverse experiences to our teams, even if they don’t meet every single requirement. If some of the below sounds like you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love to act as the connective tissue between candidates and stakeholders, bringing structure, organization, and an exceptional experience to fast-moving environments.
  • You're curious about exploring new technologies, process improvements, and utilizing AI or productivity tools to build smarter ways of working.
  • You're an expert in remaining dependable and adaptable while balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, evolving business.
